I know I don’t generally blog about everywhere I go or eat or whatever but this week we went to a gin distillery! 

I don’t drink gin but it’s my husband’s drink of choice and he received the Bombay Sapphire distillery tour experience as a birthday present back in September. 

It was all quite fun! You get to learn all about gin, the history of the Bombay Sapphire company and the buildings themselves. At the end you get to go and have a cocktail at the in-house bar. Drivers can opt for a non-alcoholic cocktail and receive a complimentary gin and tonic to take away in the form of a mini bottle of BS and a bottle of Fever Tree tonic water which I thought was a nice touch. 

A nice outing for grown ups but I suspect children would die of boredom. That’s if they’re allowed in at all.
